The Casa Torre Jauregia tower is a building dating from the end of the 18th century and is used as cultural facilities. It is managed by the independent cultural body "Serantes Kultur Aretoa" attached to Santurtzi Town Hall. It has 1,363.34 sq.m. of floorspace, which are divided into:
GROUND FLOOR: MUNICIPAL EXHIBITIONS HALL

Monday to Saturday: 09:00 to 14:00 and 18:00 to 21:30.

FIRST FLOOR: ROOMS
It has FOUR ROOMS available to entities and associations that are lent free of charge or rented.

THIRD FLOOR AND ATTIC: SANTURTZI HISTORICAL INTERPRETATION CENTRE
Opening times to the public:
Monday to Friday 18:00 to 21:30.
Saturday 09:00 to 14:00 and 18:00 to 21:30.
Entry fee: Free of charge
It reflects the most relevant events in Santurtzi’s history, with museum support media such as digital screens, virtual theatre, models and audiovisual resources on the municipality. Furthermore, The Historic Interpretation Centre has a periscope in the building’s ENCLOSED BALCONY offering a 360º view of Santurtzi as it was at the beginning of the 20th century.
The screens in this Centre are activated by a card supplied by the caretaker at the entrance to building to anyone wishing to learn more about Santurtzi’s history. The Interpretation Centre also offers glasses to be able to view part of its contents in 3D.
The tours are conducted in Euskera, Spanish, English and French and the Interpretation Centre can accommodate 10 to 15 visitors at a time.
